What to pay attention to

Our editorial checklist for a technology show is simple: is a product shipping, is a price confirmed, and is the demonstration representative of the product customers can buy? Separate concepts from retail announcements, and treat performance claims as claims until credible tests exist.

Choose a few interests to follow, such as devices for the home, accessibility, vehicle technology or tools for creators. This is a suggested reading plan, not a confirmed session programme. Use the organizer’s current agenda for actual exhibitors, venues and access conditions.

A useful way to follow announcements

Save the manufacturer’s release alongside any news coverage. Record the model name, release region and expected availability. A compelling demonstration is more useful when you know whether it will reach your country and work with your existing equipment.
